At Babyshop, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Babyshop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
